Marlène Sadran's art is unforgettable.
Probably because its origins lie in the very depths of an extraordinarily rich and complete personality, because it imposes itself from the very beginning, as the outcome, the point of equilibrium between a robust technique, a sensitivity stripped of all affectation, and this "femininity" which one sometimes a little hastily attributes to the work of her fellow painters.
